Living Our Values

These values do not sit quietly on a wall.
They breathe in the halls of our history,
in the questions our students ask,
in the futures they will shape.
We carry them with heart.
We explore them with curiosity.
We rise with courage.
And we move forward — together.

1. Curiosity

We believe learning begins with wonder.

Curiosity drives everything we do — from asking big questions in the classroom to exploring new cultures and disciplines. At CHAA, we cultivate a mindset where students feel free to inquire, experiment, and explore the world with open minds and hungry hearts.

2. Excellence

We believe every student deserves our best.
Every lesson prepared with care. Every question taken seriously. Every voice heard.
Excellence isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, trying, growing, and taking pride in the work of becoming ourselves.

"Excellence is never an accident. It is the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution." — Aristotle

3. Adaptability

The world changes. Children change. Learning changes.
So we change too, with open hands instead of closed fists.
We honor where we come from, but we are not afraid to move in new directions — online, hybrid, or in the halls of our campus once again.

4. Global Citizenship

The world is wider than our street, our town, or our country.
We want students to see humanity in many languages, many cultures, many stories.

To think beyond what they know.
To care beyond what they see.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." — Nelson Mandela

5. Heritage

Our story stretches back almost two centuries, and we carry its weight with pride. Not as something we are bound to, but something we stand on. Those who came before us made it possible for us to be here now. We honor them by growing forward.

"We are not makers of history. We are made by history." — Martin Luther King Jr.

Our Values

What We Stand For. How We Lead.

At CHAA, values aren’t just words — they’re principles we live by. They shape our classrooms, our relationships, and our vision for the future. Every lesson taught, every connection made, and every decision taken is grounded in these five core values.
